ICC’s College of Business Administration offers programs that work within the framework of its mission statement that aims to educate and prepare students for top level positions in business, government and the community.
The College of Business Administration programs are classified under PACUCOA Level II accredited status. It fosters a rich learning environment that are innovative, contemporary, and theory-based and employs a variety of teaching methods which include individual and group reports, simulations, classroom discussions and guest lecturers among others.
It’s faculty members are committed to excellence in teaching and continued intellectual growth through applied research, professional development and service with a strong Christian orientation and a high degree of attention to the individual needs of the student.
General Objectives
The College of Commerce through its BSC degree with majors in Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management and Management Accounting is an agent to change the student’s way of life as it aims to produce graduates who will have the better opportunities in the labor markets for both professional work and entrepreneurial pursuits in consonance with the mission and vision of the institution.
Specific Objectives:
The College of Commerce commits to produce graduates who are expected to:
- Become competitive in their respective professional disciplines.
- Be leaders in the world of business;
- Be creative, innovative and be able to relate theories learned in the classroom to real life situations;
- Manifest sensitivity to the economic trends and social development as efficient and effective human resource;
- Be able to integrate sound business and professional ethics to business and management practices;
- Participate actively in worthwhile community extension programs and services.
